This is the newest apartment complex on Phillip Island, completed October 2007 and is located on the best part of Cowes - right opposite the main Cowes beach. Phillip Island is host to many attractions, including the world famous Penguin Parade. Each night at sunset the penguins delight visitors as they waddle ashore after a days fishing, and they can be seen in their natural habitat. The Koala Conservation Centre provides optimal Koala viewing. Phillip Island also has a variety of superb walking and cycling tracks. These tracks have been designed to maximise the stunning coastal views and surround visitors with the island's flora and fauna. From the magnificent headland of the Nobbies, the views stretch forever, offering spectacular coastal viewing from the boardwalks and lookout points set amongst natural sea bed gardens. Seal Rocks, home to Australia's largest Australian Fur Seal colony, are set one and half kilometers offshore from the Nobbies and its new visitor centre.
Phillip Island is also famous for its international Motorcycle and Car racing events. Motorbike enthusiasts from around the world converge on the island twice a year to see the big bikes in action on the famous Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit-at the World Super Bike Championship in March and the Australian Motocycle Grand Prix in October. In September visitors can also enjoy the action of the V8 Supercars. The island is also renowned for its beaches, both safe and surf. Festivals such as the San Remo/Newhaven Art Show and Fishing Village Festival and the Churchill Island Working Horse and Pioneer Festival are also popular. There is usually something interesting occuring every weekend.

Apart from the 5 star fit - out, a lot of our visitors love the secure underground car park for two cars, which allows secure entry to the apartment via the internal lift, leaving their vehicles out of the elements and secure. Access to the apartments is through a secure entrance.
Apartments are configured individually but typically contain 2 x queen beds and bunks in the third bedrooms - allowing sleeping for (in some apartments) up to 8. Please note that all Cscape Apartments have a "no party - quiet enjoyment" Policy. If you want to party, Cscape is not for you!
